This is part of a campaign for the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, to bring Chlamydia to the attention of young women. Chlamydia is a disease that among other things can make women sterile. To supplement posters on subway platforms and trains, a free tests vehicle will be placed at locations such as Union Square and other high traffic areas.  NYCDHM will use their in-house social media team to send out alerts on Chlamydia education and free test locations.
